Yes, you can do BBA after scoring average low percentage in 12th standard but there are such steps you should follow:
THERE IS NOTHING TO DO WITH YOUR MARKS IF YOU ARE GOING TO TAKE DIRECT ADMISSION. SOME COLLEGES ARE THERE WHO PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIP ON THE BASIS OF 12th MARKS
TRY TO TAKE ADMISSION IN COLLEGE WHICH HAVE A GOOD PLACEMENT HISTORY
DON'T WORRY ABOUT JOB IF AFTER GRADUATION THERE ARE ALOT OF OPPORTUNITY WAITING FOR YOU AFTER GRADUATION
FEE. THE SAME DEGREE YOU CAN PURSUE ON DIFFERENT ANNUAL FEES TRY YO ANALYSE WHICH COLLEGE WILL FITS IN YOUR BUDGET. GRAB THIS INFORMATION AS IMPORTANT.

The latest cutoff for M.com at MIT WOU, Pune is the General category-90%
SC/ST category - 80%
For taking admission you must need 85% marks in 10+2

You cannot decide to get into college of your choice in Mcom in Delhi University. Admission is based on 2 criteria:
Direct Admission - Here, you will get admission based on your percentage in graduation. For Dse, Srcc it goes up to 95 + for general category, for example.
Indirect Admission - University conducts an entrance. The paper carries negative marking. So, it depends on your marks & relative ranking.
On the basis of your either score in graduation or entrance, you will be given admission in top colleges like Delhi School of Economics, SRCC, Rajdhani etc.
