Hi! You should start with general knowledge and English first because the first paper is from these two subjects only. And if you want to appear in exam 2023 you have plenty of time to cover the syllabus of Maths Science and social studies. As you don't have Maths it will be a bit hard for you as now you need to prepare all the topics coming in exam because without Maths it's near to impossible to crack this exam. So I'll suggest you to start your preparation with general knowledge and English and also focus on Maths of 11th and 12th to qualify for NDA. Good Luck.

Yes, you can join Indian army via NDA despite having commerce without Maths as your subject. Your 12th Stream is not a problem in this exam. You can give the exam and can get selected for NDA the syllabus of NDA is Maths till class 12th and Science till class 10th and social Science, with 1st paper of general reasoning and general knowledge and English. As you didn't had Maths as your subject in class 11th and 12th you have to prepare all topics from these 2 classes which are coming in your exam. And to get through the cut off you can also improve your social studies and Science which will help you to increase your total score. As in N

Maths is a part for many courses which comes under commerce. But Maths is not considered as a compulsory subject for any of them. If you want Maths to be a main part of your undergraduate degree you can go for any of the following courses
1) Bachelor of commerce ( in Finance and Investment Analysis)
2) Bachelor of commerce ( in Accounting & Taxation)
3) Bachelor of commerce ( in Management Accounting and International Finance). .
