Yes, you can join Indian army via NDA despite having commerce without Maths as your subject. Your 12th Stream is not a problem in this exam. You can give the exam and can get selected for NDA the syllabus of NDA is Maths till class 12th and Science till class 10th and social Science, with 1st paper of general reasoning and general knowledge and English. As you didn't had Maths as your subject in class 11th and 12th you have to prepare all topics from these 2 classes which are coming in your exam. And to get through the cut off you can also improve your social studies and Science which will help you to increase your total score. As in NDA exam you have to pass your 1st exam then only you will be eligible for cut off round. So I'll suggest you to work on your general knowledge and general reasoning first then start learning Maths as much you can do important questions and topics which have High weightage, also learn Science and social studies which can help you to increase your total score.
