You can do BCA after XIIth in commerce. You should be careful in making your career. Choose a college with care. It should guide you with the best academic career. It should be good for academic activities giving you good faculty who can guide you through out your course. You should have the best scholarship schemes, wide platform, international exposure and good projects. There are univs which offer free coaching for the students who need extra help for any subject. You can get the admission. As the minimum qualifications is 12th with 60% aggregate marks. But there are very less seats for this course. So you have to prepare more for this. All the best.

Yes, you should be able to handle that. Though it isn't easy, if you have prepared well, you should be able to ace it. I've even witnessed a lot of medical students (who also studied math) succeed in JEE. By the way, you shouldn't have chosen commerce as your path if you wanted to pursue engineering. Students toil for years with JEE as their primary goal if you keep it as a side choice. You can't possibly make JEE your second choice, though it's not impossible but will take some serious hard work.
