Students are required to go through the university-conducted/ national-level entrances and then appear for the university-level selection rounds for final admission. The Panjab University Chandigarh admission process is conducted via online registrations.

Candidates must fill out the PUCHD application form before the last date. After a successful application submission, candidates must appear for the entrance exam of the respective course, they opted for. Apart from appearing for the respective exams, candidates must enrol for the respective counselling program such as JAC Counselling for the admission to BTech. On the basis of merit or entrance score as well as counselling, candidates recieve the seat allotment. For the final admission, candidates must complete the remaining formality (if any) such as pay the fees and confirm the seat.
