You can take B.Com H with or without Maths. Many colleges don't mandate Maths for admissions. So it doesn't matter if you have average marks in Maths u need to pass entrance.

There are many top colleges which not mandate Maths as core subject in 12 for entrance in B.Com (Hons).

Yes, u can get B.Com (H) without having Maths. Even if pursuing B.Com (Hons) from BHU without having Maths as a subject in 12th. As per new guidelines, I think DU will start accepting Students without a Maths background in B.Com (Hons) in the coming 2 or 3 years.

Yes, You can choose M.Com after BBA as many colleges take admission. But if you do it after B.Com u will have great knowledge and practice of topics which will help you in your entrance of M.Com.

Commerce offers the vast field of career. After 12th she can go for B.Com BBA Diploma or may prepare for a professional course like CA CMA CS CFA. Also if she wants to do an MBA Integrated programme.
She can opt for IPM for integrated management programs in Iims. She can pursue law through CLAT. Even she can start her career in digital marketing trading investing too.
