Yes, you are eligible to appear for the NTA UGC NET under Commerce subject. As per the rules of the NTA candidates who have qualified or qualifying their Post-Graduation are eligible to appear in the UGC NET Exam. The minimum qualifying marks in Post-graduation is 55% (general) and 50% (other-category)

As per the new notification, exam pattern of the exam is also changed, which is as follows;
Paper-1 consist of 50 questions for 100 marks in 60 minutes
Paper-2 consist of 100 questions for 200 marks in120 minutes.
