Yes, you can pursue it. You are just expected to complete online objective type entrance first and then Interview.

The fee structure of B.Sc. IT of TCSC is not available on College website. However on the basis of information collected from other sources, The fee per year is about Rs 19470 for asked course.

If you want to apply in any private universities then you have to give an enterance test for the same, apart from that even GGSIPU also take entrance test.
