Yes, you can appear for CTET. The eligibility criteria for Paper I for class I to V, you must be passed senior secondary with 50% marks and done Diploma in elementary education. For Paper II, a candidate must have done Bachelor's degree with 50% mark and Bachelor of Education passed or appearing.

Well, firstly I want to know that is your percentage.
And, for general category it is 91%, OBC-82%, ST -78%, SC-68% on wards till yet.

If I am not wrong, you are talking about PCACS-Navi Mumbai. Your class 12th percentage is too low. But, I'm not sure that you can get admission there or not. So, follow the instructions for admission requirements provided by PCACS in its official website 2018 through this link:-

I think with this percentage, you can't get Bachelor's degree, but you can do vocational course for this from any private institute. As in MAAC, which is famous for VFX and game animation developer.
