To become an Income Tax Officer, one should first of all enter the Income Tax Department as Income Tax Inspector or Tax Assistant. Then they can get promotion to the designation of Income Tax Officer after qualifying the departmental examination. First step required for joining as Income Tax Inspector or Tax Assistant is to qualify Combined Graduate Level examination. After that, personal interview is there for Income Tax Inspector post and Skill test is there for Tax Assistant post. Interested aspirants can apply for this All India Level competitive exam either online or offline.

*B.Com stands for Bachelor of commerce. Generally a 3 year programme
*BBA stands for Bachelor of Business Administration, 3 year programme
*BMS stands for Bachelor of Management Science, 3 year long course. *CA stands for Chartered accountant, duration depends on how you take training and clear exams. *Integrated law course duration is 5 years. It is a combination of general graduation course and LL.B. *BHM stands for Bachelor of Hotel Management course duration is 4 years.
*BE stands for Bachelor of Economics course duration is 3 years.
* BCA Stars for Bachelor of Computer Application and course duration is 3 years.

BCA is a 3-year undergraduate program having a maximum intake capacity of 60 students. The eligibility criteria for the admission is 60%. A student can pursue this program after passing class 12 Board Examination with Math/Computer. Techno India University is having both sponsored quota and management quota.

Seats are allocated on the basis of merit in the qualifying examination. The application process is common for all the programs offered by the university. Seats are reserved as per the nationality and also for minority section as per the government guidelines.
