Desires are endless and need money and time for their fulfillment because you have already completed your master's degree. You have already spent about 22 years of your life. So, now, time is to use yours skills and talent for getting a suitable job, because lacs of students are in queue for competition. So, it is better to prepare yourself for upcoming exams like civil services, Banking and other PSUs and attend maximum number of exams. One thing is very interesting here that you can do your higher study during the job also by availing the higher study leaves or from IGNOU. Also, further If you have enough time and money

No, I don't think you can. In fact, you won't be able to complete it from the same university as well because there is only 3 years' buffer time to complete your degree.
