You can surely take admission for BA English. The only condition is you should have cleared 12th. It does not make any difference whether you are from commerce or arts background.

Yes, it's possible as there is no problem in taking commerce stream or science stream for doing jewellery designing course. You should have 10+2 and if you are of the view about you are commerce stream and jewellery designing. So, let me tell you that B.Sc is just a foundation. In the main jewellery deasign course, you will learn about jewellery designing only not about B.Sc.

No, a student cannot pursue B.Sc in maths until he has studied maths in 11th and 12th standard. If you had maths as your optional subject with commerce then you can pursue B.Sc Mathematics.

Yes, Journalism has a great scope in India. One can work as a reporter, correspondent, cameraperson, columnist, editor, feature journalist, critic and so on. Starting salary for Journalism would be between Rs 12,000 and 25,000 depending on your people and communication skills. After 5-years of work experience, a professional can expect a higher salary in the range of Rs 50,000 to Rs 1,00,000 per month.
