You have not specified whether you have completed your 12th or graduation. If you have completed 10+2 you can do fashion designing.

In my point of view, you should go with MBA and yes, it is worth it.

Yes, you can go for any private engineering college. They will take you on behalf of donation.

First of all you have to decide what you want to do? If you have interest in finance then go for B.Com. After completing it then go for MBA (Finance). Also, you can choose BBA if you interested in marketing and then you can choose MBA (Marketing). Both are good specializations.

Minimum 50% is required. Chances are slightly less.

You will get access to almost all the colleges with commerce and maths after class 12th for B.Com. Though many have their entrance exams. There is a course called business maths, check it out if it is available in your city's school. It is the best option for commerce students, but if you are unable to cope up with class 12th maths no need to add an extra burden. Option for BBA in many colleges will still be open. However, with business maths, you will be eligible for all colleges commerce courses and it will not be as tough as science mathematics.
