Please refer to the link provided below for details regarding admission cut-off for M.Sc. Mathematics in the college mentioned above. You should be able to download their brochure which contains all details regarding cut-off for M.Sc. Mathematics in the college. You could also contact the college directly if admission cut-offs are not mentioned in the brochure.

Bachelor of Business Administration or BBA is a 3-year professional undergraduate course in Business Management, the minimum eligibility for which is class 12th from a recognized educational board with a minimum score of 50%. The course is divided into six semesters and comprises variants like BMS, BBM and BBS. It can also be pursued through Correspondence/ Distant learning modes and admission to the same is based on entrance tests carried out by different colleges and universities.

See commerce with IP is good which means you want to learn computer to its highest level, whereas, these two courses BBA & MBA are related to management field. Technology is in daily use, so for these two courses, basically, you should have good knowledge of computers.
1. MS-Word
2. MS-Powerpoint
3. MS-Excel
4. MS-Access, in some cases
5. Tally
6. Fast typing is a thing which everyone should learn.
And where about extra knowledge gaining in computers is good there is no harm in learning coding and creating software of general use.
As far I have seen, IP is the most scoring subject so it's good to opt.

Yes, a commerce student can also pursue B.Arch but you should clear 12th with maths as a compulsory subject.

MIT Arts, Commerce and Science College and Alliance School of Business are equally good. Some of the important points while selecting an institute - Accreditation of the institute, institute's infrastructure, teaching faculty, specialization offered, past placements records., tuition fees, city preference and industry interface. As both the institutes are having the campus in Bangalore and Pune. Industry exposure is good for students in either of the college. Bharati Vidyapeeth University is having a better brand name than Marathwada Mitra Mandal's College of Commerce (MMCC). Course fee of Bharathi Vidyapeeth is lower than MMCC.
