To become an airport manager, the process begins from supervisor level. You need to gain experience in managing teams of over 50 persons. But yes you should be a post graduate and should hold an experience of at least 10 years in aviation industry at management levels. This shall entitle you to become eligible for the position of APM of a small airport.
