I think, 60% marks is not a good percentage for getting into St. Xaviers College. But, in their website it is mentioned that minimum 60% marks is required to get admission.

No, it is possible through commerce stream. You should have PCM as your subject in order to get admission in B.Sc and have some technical and science to get admission in M.Sc-IT.
