Dear Kunal,
No, because every engineering college requires you to be from Science background (PCM 60%). So, that is not possible after opting commerce in class 12th. Now technically, if you really want to go for engineering, you can opt for NIOS Exam. There, you can choose any stream. Obtain your class 12th Science certificate and go for engineering. However, getting good marks there is very hard. So, now it is up to you. Hope, this helps. Upvote the answer, if you feel satisfied.

Most colleges require engineering aspirants to be from a science background. However, there are many institutes which you can apply to via entrance exams. You will have to check if you meet the minimum criteria for admission to B.Tech programmes in different colleges. If you have a college in mind, let me know so that I can populate relevant details.

Hi Hema,
Your question is quite ambiguous. If you want to pursue fashion designing, why would you consider pursuing commerce or vice versa. Still, if you wish to pursue both, you can opt for B.Com (correspondence) with regular fashion designing course.

Hi, It depends on your definition of good earning, what kind of job you want to do? You may have different interests than mine so always know what you want, your career plans, etc. And decide accordingly. Since you are from commerce background, I can suggest you to get into a full-time accounts or finance course which are also the hot sectors in these countries.
