Hello, For colleges/universities in Canada, you need to have a high percentage in your class 12th as per the board you attempt. Ideally, you may be expected to have 85% or more at least to expect admission in top Canadian institutes. You need IELTS in addition to class 12th scores.

It depends on the specialisation you want to choose after graduation.
If you want to go for MBA afterwards then you should go for BBA/B.Com as it will help you to make your base strong.
Regarding theory, in every field, you will have a mixture of both theory and practical or mathematical problems.
