Yes, in any university or colleges for a Bachelor of Commerce degree only. Your percentage in 10+2 matters and there is no other way than this. Alternatively, you may opt for BBA where admission is done by the entrance exam and that becomes your sole factor.

You have taken commerce. CS comes under engineering. This requires PCM in 12th with 75% marks for admission in NIT or IIT. You can do CA after graduation.

Students with degrees such as B.Com Hons and M.Com with industry recognized professional qualifications CA, CD, CFA, CMA etc get good job abroad after few years of experience. Opportunities may not be high in number to engineering or medical grads but lot of Indian commerce background professionals work in large number of MNCs abroad.
