No Abhishek,
To pursue computer engineering, you must have had PCM and must have a good knowledge in these subjects. Commerce can be an additional subject but as a full-time commerce student, you cannot pursue any engineering branch studies.

Unfortunately, you are not eligible for majority of technical education higher degrees. You may opt for BCA to become a technical resource I.e. software developer or an IT engineer.

You can go for B.Com+ CA , B.Com+MBA, BBA+MBA
CA and MBA have good job opportunities provided you do MBA From a very good college so that you get a very good job.

I you have scored more than 85% then my suggestion would be to go for regular college in DU and after that, MBA through CAT/XAT.
or
You can go professional courses such as CA/CS/ICWA along with graduation from correspondence.

If you have strong foundation in business studies, maths and economic then you may consider these options:
BBA-finance or International business
Economics Hons
CS
Actuarial Science
You can also go for BBA LLB or B.Com LLB
