No, there is no course available like M.Tech in banking and finance in India. PG courses are available as:
1. M.Sc. in finance
2. MBA in finance
3. PGDM with finance major
4. MMS in finance
5. PGDM in banking and finance, etc.

No, you cannot. You can only pursue it if you had biology in class 12th.
