SRCC is one of the most reputed B.Com college in Delhi University.
The admission is pure based on the merit list.
According to the new rule of the Delhi university the candidate have to apply their choice of subject and college in a OMR form where scrutiny will be done and will directly forwarded to the concern selected college.
As per the merit basis there will be a list of selected student published by the college, thus have to complete the further procedure for the admission in the college.
If you score about 85% TO 90% you may get a chance in SRCC.

Yes, you can go with both but if you completed the B.Com after that, you can directly go on executive CS.

No, mathematics is not compulsory to pursue B.Com, but you need to have good knowledge about mathematics, which can helps you in calculations.

There is no direct entry to become Cyber Crime Officer in India. You can join police services as Sub inspector by appearing for State Service board examination or IPS by clearing Civil Services Examination conducted by UPSC. Once you are in police you can specialize in cyber crime. You are eligible to appear for Civil Services Examination and State Service Selection Board Examination on completion of your graduation degree in Commerce.

You probably need graduation degree and need to appear for exams like GATE, probably you need more 6-7 years from now so that you can complete your graduation and gain decent work experience.

After 12th you may join B.Com which can be followed by MBA or M.Com. MBA in finance is certainly a good option for B.Com graduates. CA, CWA or CS can be pursued along with or post B.Com. ACCA, CIMA, etc. are international certifications. Computerised financing courses such as Tally and Peach are also useful.
