There is no much difference between CA (ICAI) and CMA (ICMAI). While pursuing CA, articleship of 3 years is compulsory. CMA offers jobs to gain work experience just after its level-2 exams i.e. CMA-Inter. However, any one can qualify all levels of CMA with minimum gap of one year.

Yes, you can pursue law after 12th,
The basic eligibility criteria for pursuing a B.A. L.L.B. integrated degree is qualifying 10+2 or equivalent examination with at least 50% marks in the aggregate.
Also, there are several state level entrance exams conducted for admission into B.A. L.L.B. integrated degree course. There are many colleges offering regular degree course as well as in correspondence. Some are recognized and some are not. If you do the degree course from a recognized board or university then the value is similar for both the exams. Actually the correspondence course was introduced for the benefit of students who were unable to attend regular classes due to certain unavoidable circumstances.
