Unless you had PCM at +2 stage you can not do Mechanical Engineering.

If you go with BBA after 12 then most probably you can clear your commerce basics in the curriculum itself. However BBA is more focused on marketing than finance or commerce. So it will not be a tough call for you. Also you can check out the syllabus of the course on the university website

Both if have their own prospect, if Mba is done after some prior work experience it makes it valuable as roles offered in mba would be managerial. goodluck.
