Both the organizations mentioned by you are equally good and thus it will be very difficult to tell which one will be the best option.
However, we can help you with the parameters that you can keep in mind while choosing an organization among the two. You can consider the below parameters
1) Company's Market Value,
2) HR Policies
3) Product lines
4) Growth Prospects
5) Salary and other perks
6) Infrastructure
7) Success Rate.
Also, if possible go through the employee speak section to get an idea what the employees thinks about the company

Usually the placements for e-commerce aren't better.
But average should lie around Rs.3.00 lpa.
