Generally admission in Delhi University is based on class 12th result, however several subjects or courses may require an entrance exam, again you need to contact the institute officials personally for specific admission details as it differs from one college to another and from one course to another.

At level of graduation there is not so much placement offers you can find out at your own basis, if you get placed but not so much good appraisals you have to go for master degree after graduation

The reason for the same is that the industries are not compartmentalized like sciences, commerce and humanities. In an ngo, you need to know the Business management and laws too. Similarly, a pharma company will require marketing and administration so choose a course of your liking so that you can excell.
