Yes, VIT, Vellore is one of the most reputed colleges of India and it's placements are also very good.

But, mostly it depends on you branch in B.Tech.

The placement record for UPES is 100 percent for CS branch students.

Placement record of CS in YMCA is very good.
Last year the maximum placement was 22 lacs per annum and average was 8 to 9 lacs per annum.
CS is considered to be the top branch and placement record specially in YMCA is very good.

The placements offered at USICT for B.Tech CSE are the best from all the colleges of GGSIPU. The average package is around 6 LPA and the highest and the lowest packages change every year.

Google and Flipkart does't visit MAIT. Microsoft sometimes visit the campus. Amazon visits the campus.

I never heard that any student get any international placement after B.Tech in CSE. But, yes many students go abroad after clearing GRE or GMAT exam for further studies. The highest domestic package offered was around INR. 17 LPA (but not sure for which specialization) and the average domestic package was around INR. 4 LPA - INR. 5 LPA.

Haldia Institute of Technology has got better ones. We have companies like - Wipro, Infosys, Tech Mahindra and Byju's. Also, there are packages of 5 & 8 lakhs too if you're an awesome coder.
