Placement of CSE in Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology is very good. The highest package till now is 39 LPA and average package is near to 7 LPA.

It's good as these branches are in demand these days. You will surely get some opportunities in these branches and you can expect an good enough placement if you are a good student in the college.

If you perform well in any of the coding challenges by any of the companies then you will be called for an interview irrespective of the branch. The average package for CSE branch in 2017-18, BIT Mesra, went up to around 20 lakhs per annum. Students were placed in renowned companies like Adobe, Arcesium, Increff and Directi - (Platform).

In terms of placements, and infrastructure JSS is best. In terms of faculty, JSS is best in terms of infrastructure, only Galgotias University is best. And, in the overall package JSS is best.
