Of course the emploibility of those with background of CSE is always better in the current scenario of the industry and the business. My opinion or suggestion would be to complete your Mechanical engineering with flying colours and then for post graduation you can switch over to this stream. Even otherwise after graduation you can do some courses which will take you into this stream of employment.
