Generally colleges have this scope but these branch are one of the top branch and is in demand so transfer can be difficult. Also they have criteria like attendance, performance, no backlog etc. Which make you eligible for transfer of branch. Rest you have to confirm from college itself. You have success.

In my opinion, The way technology is growing and impacting our life CSE has a lot of scope and is a better option. I will suggest to take CSE if you want immediate and good paid jobs in IT.
