B.Tech CSE will always have scope, because by every passing day, humans are becoming more dependent on technology in some or the other way and almost every technology require softwares to run them. There might be some ups and downs, but B.Tech CSE will always have scope.

Certification is a good choice. MBA could be a better option if you feel the subjects are of your interest. The job opportunities after MBA with a good salary package is definitely high. Hello Varsha,
Engineering does not only make you fit for job but essentially makes you fit to face the world. As young engineer, you may have bright ideas too. Other than IT job, you can have your own start up. Use it as building block to do may be MBA or MS. Or you can plunge into social work also.

I would suggest you to study in India. Education system in gulf nations is the worst and by the way even people from gulf would prefer to study in either west or countries like India.
