Central University of Jammu accepts JEE Main scores, followed by JEE Main couselling for admission to the BE/ BTech courses. JEE Main Round 8 was released for Central University of Jammu. Considering the last Round cutoff list, the closing rank was 172746 for Computer Science and Engineering for the General category students. Given below is the last-round closing ranks for Central University of Jammu BTech in CSE programme:

Yes, you can take admission to the second year of a degree by direct entry cap rounds at COEP.
However, the admission procedure is different and you will need to qualify for the direct entry cap rounds.
For OBC, you should aim for more than 90-95% in your Diploma final year. I suggest you contact the college directly for more information about their admission procedure and eligibility criteria.

Yes, students at NIT Calicut can change their branch at the end of the first year exam if they score more than 8.5 GPA. Candidates who have successfully completed the first two semesters of the courses in the first attempt with CGPA of not less than 8.00 will be eligible for change of branch.

As you got 30k rank in Andhra Pradesh EAPCET you cannot get the admission into the top colleges but you will get CSE in other colleges.
