According to the JEE Main last round closing rank (general-all India) for BTech in Computer Science and Engineering at NIT Andhra Pradesh, the ranks have decreased over the academic years. Therefore, the competition has increased. For a better reference, candidates can look out the closing rank of the specialisation in the academic years 2023, 2024 and 2025 below:

I cannot tell it based on your marks in 12th.
You have to give your marks in JEE Mains for further questions.
As per the admission procedure of government college in engineering you have to get more than 90 percentile in JEE Mains for CSE branch and also if you have state CET exam for admission you have to score 99th percentile.

Yes! You can go for BCom Finance easily as a PCB student. For CSE, some colleges may accept you with 10th-grade maths, but most prefer maths in 12th.
