Hi Sachin, You have to first visit a lot of college websites in Canada, thereafter you have to check the admission requirements, fee, deadlines, etc. Since you hold a Diploma, you may not be eligible for Bachelors level courses as of now for some colleges. You may check for Advanced Diploma, etc. Also, you have to take the IELTS or TOEFL exam.

Hi, will depend on your academic performance and majorly on the university. Top ranking universities like UBC or UToronto etc. are preferred. Some work experience in Canada after you graduate will also do you good.

Hi Shahbaz,
6.6 CGPA is a not a very good score to apply into a MS Computer Science program in Canada. Around 75% is required. Additionally, a very strong research oriented profile is required. You can check this link and check the requirements and apply to universities that match closely with your profile:

You must also check options in Australia and other countries.

Please use the link provided below for details regarding a list of colleges which offer courses in MS in Canada.
Admissions require candidates to clear their GRE exams with a respectable score. Few candidates are required to clear a language proficiency test if the medium of instruction in Bachelors was not English.
Other than that, you may need recommendations from your professors, and relevant work experience may also count.
All these factors combined are required for admission to a course in MS to institutes in Canada for MS.

The most feasible option I see for you is that after you complete your BCA and then you can do another 1-year course from an open university like IGNOU, which should complete your quota of 16 years. After that you can pursue an MS from a university in Canada.
