Look every college or university has it's own eligibility criteria. So the college or university you are looking for go through it's website.
Some preferred 45% and some 50% as minimum.

SEE you can do MCA if There is one paper of maths/statistics in any semester/year of your Undergraduate degree for getting in into MCA course in NIT's By cracking Entrance exam Named NIMCET. Secondly If You have not any paper for maths/statistics in your undergraduate degree then you have to check for university which allow without this eligibility. Although Every university has their own Eligibility criteria, so I am sending you a list of colleges link from where you get all information related to it by checking Each and Every university eligibility criteria.
