Yes CCNA is really a good course for the job purposes as the TOP IT companies are looking for it and today it is in demand. The network engineers are more in demands for the IT Department. Also completing this course you will be Network based Companies and Service Providers Companies. Also you can apply for higher level of certifications.

Yes, it is better one as it will enhance your knowledge towards networking and further more now a days networking CCNA are in most demands. Also after CCNA you can go for advanced level certifications and also top IT companies looks after this high level certifications.

Yes, you can get admission for BCA with 54% in 10+2. You should have any of these: (Maths/ Computer Sc./ Information Practice/ Computer Applications/ Multimedia & Web Technology/ Data Management Application/ Web Application) a optional subject in your 10+2 to be eligible for taking admission.

In my opinion, It's Better to do MCA course after BCA. As Any certification course is not going to help you a lot after BCA. So I suggest you prepare for the NIMCET exam along with Your BCA.
