Both the courses are good career options. It all depends upon your inspiration and where you want to take your career. BCA relates to the information technology whereas relates to the accounting and commerce.

Yes, it is a good option for you to pursue MBA but you should try to pursue this with IIM colleges but if you cannot get admission there then you should try to pursue from best private college to have more opportunities in future.

Yes, you can get admission for MCA without giving the entrance exam by going for direct admission process.
the only requirements are that you should have already passed BCA or other equivalent examination.
for merit based direct admission you should have the specified minimum aggregate by the institute which is generally 60% in you BCA.
You can also try for the college's reserved management Quota Seats but it could cost you dearly.

Both are good options but the better one would be MBA. After MBA, you can get managerial level jobs. So, go for MBA rather than MCA if you want a good pay. Top colleges for MBA are:
- Iims
- Xaviers institute of management, Bhubaneswar
- S. P Jain Institute of Management & Research, Mumbai
- UPES, Dehradun - It has lot of further specialised courses which you pursue. - ICFAI university, Mumbai.

Even after completing MCA if you are clueless about what to do in future, then there is no point in asking this question. Think of what interests you the most and then get into the same field.
