Both are good options but the better one would be MBA. After MBA, you can get managerial level jobs. So, go for MBA rather than MCA if you want a good pay. Top colleges for MBA are:
- Iims
- Xaviers institute of management, Bhubaneswar
- S. P Jain Institute of Management & Research, Mumbai
- UPES, Dehradun - It has lot of further specialised courses which you pursue. - ICFAI university, Mumbai.

BCA concentrates on applications of computers, B.Sc. Computer Science puts emphasis on concepts and B.Tech CS is based on intensive programming and software/hardware knowledge. CCNA professionals earn more salaries than MCSE professional but the margin is not very much. It is also observed that people with CCNA certifications get more jobs as compared to the MCSE certified professionals. Both the certifications require you to recertify within 3-4 years time.
