I would suggest you to go with your passion irrespective of current job requirement or MBA, this will help you in the longer run.
Opt for the course/career that you love the most and are most passionate about and analyze the future work conditions, scope and growth prospects before taking admission.
You can also opt for psychometric test comprising of Aptitude, personality and career interest to clear confusion.

Yes, you are eligible for the same. There are not many eligibility criteria that needs to be fulfilled by a MCA aspirant for securing admission to the course. You need to have passed Bachelor degree course in computer applications BCA or any related fields. In case of merit based admission process, the candidate need to have secured a minimum aggregate marks as per the institutes requirement in last qualifying examination. In case of entrance exam, the candidate is must to clear the entrance exam and subsequent rounds such as GD and PI to secure admission in MCA course.
