Not necessarily. You can pursue BCA, B.Sc, BBA and B.A. These are just some common options. Don't worry about B.Tech. It has already lost much of its value. Pursuing any other course would be a better option. BCA would be common choice but if you don't want to do it, then don't do it. Opt for BBA or B.Sc, etc.

This would depend on your interest areas and career aspirations. Since you are a B.Com you would not be able to take admission in MCA as you would be required to have a BCA first. However, based on your interest you can join private institutes who offer such courses affiliated to international institutes/boards to pursue a career in Technical / research / academics area, However if you want to move into general management the MBA is better. For private jobs, yes it matters. They will want a candidate who has academic exposure and has some early experiencing field that is gained through internships. You will be able to study at home, but for internships you will have to work under an institute. So, a regular student will be prioritized in a private job.

You can choose to do engineering in electronics and communication at state-level colleges or IITs and NITs or BITS Pilani and other universities. Diploma in electronics and communication and even bachelors in electronics is a bright option.

BBA stands for bechlor of business administration and BCA stands for bechlor of computer application. Both are different courses. BBA course for those who are from commerse and accountancy background. In short they have been learnt account and economics in their senior school level.
