If you are really interested in applying your knowledge of computer Science to biology then in my opinion you should go for Bioinformatics or computational biology where you can make use of your programming skills (using Java, python, Bioperl etc. ). To design software which can be used in biological research as well as since the knowledge and data in the field of biology is increasing day by day with the advancemnets in technology & inputs from other fields of Science, it has now become very cumbersome to store, analyze and interconncet the information generated manually so bioinformaticians help in designing software & online databases with which the above mentioned tasks can be achieved with ease. Another interesting application of computer Science in biology can be simulating the cellular processes like vesicular trafficking, signalling, cell migration etc. Which will help us in explaining these processes with a visual approach. I hope this answer helps you to get some basic idea about how important & indispensable computer Science has become in the field of biology just like any other Science.
