The fees for any course differs from college to college and university to university. So, you should consider checking the website of the college in which you want to pursue your BCA.

Eligibility Criteria for BCA is not mentioned in that college's website. You should consider directly visiting or calling the college and ask your queries. If they are not willing to provide you admission then you can search for other universities and colleges too, there are many colleges which provides admission to arts students into BCA.

You can easily get admission into BCA very easily with that percentage, but I can't say the same for B.Tech. I believe at least 60% in required for admission into B.Tech courses. So, you should choose your course according with your class 12th's percentage.

No, you don't have much options of colleges accepting less than 50% marks in Graduation. Also, if you belong to any reserved category then surely as per the eligibility you can have. Therefore, find Direct Admission in Top MBA Colleges in India with less than 50% in Graduation.

If you have scored at least 45% in your +2, then surely you can pursue BCA without any problem. Eligibility Criteria are different for every university, so you might have to consider checking the website of college in which you are seeking admission. If you want to learn programming languages, which you will be studying in your BCA course, then you can check out this app which is specially designed and developed for BCA students. As there is no information available on their official website regarding the fee for BCA course, then you will have to make a call to the college or visit the college and ask them the complete fee for 3 years of BCA.
