SAP is an ERP software and is generally not part of any B-School curriculum. However, students could pick up intern ship in organizations which use the SAP ERP and get an opportunity to learn it. There is also the option of learning various modules of SAP by pursuing a separate certificate course in it. SAP requires good understanding about business process, understanding client requirement. Once you work for 23 years in a particular company, you would be familiar with business process and you can start looking for more options later. Hence, conclusion here is simple. BCA saves one year, as syllabus of BCA is more or less same as B.Tech. The only difference is in the 1st year, where B.Tech include engineering sciences- mathematics, physics, chemistry etc. BCA syllabus does not include electronic paper I, II & III during 2nd, 3rd & 4th Year. Bottom Line: The companies who recruit B.Tech candidates are the same that recruits BCA candidates.

There are many web sites which have previous year question papers and have shared the links for the same, on their site. Request you to explore online for these question papers. Moreover, you could also procure question papers from others who have appeared for the examination earlier.
