Mentioned all three are in a good demand in their own field but the common factor is Skill, Expertise and Experience to be considered to become a successful professional.

To learn Hadoop and to pass the certification exam, you may require some basic programming skills or understanding of the basic concepts of Java.

Your academic front is not very good and you might face some issues, I would recommend you to first completely focus on clearing your backlogs and then look out for jobs, getting a good job straight away can be difficult so even if you get an internship in a good company, take it, gain knowledge and then move on.
