Subjects that we have to study are:
1st semester: Mathematics foundation, Computer Fundamentals and IT, Business Communication, Programming in C.
2nd semester: Discrete Mathematics, DBMS, Accounting, Data structure in C.
3rd semester: Computer Organization and Architecture, Statistics, OOP in C+, Fundamentals of Management.
4th semester: Java, Operating Systems, Visual Basic, Computer Network.
5th semester: Software Engineering, Computer Graphics, Numerical methods, web designing.
6th semester is only about project reports and viva-practicals based on internship projects.

For a normal B.Sc student, you should go for M.Sc in science field only, but if you want to study computers then DOEACC level courses would be more suitable as well as diploma in computer application. This combination makes you eligible at places where B.Sc IT is required, or as a teacher of computers at school level.

As per the provisions made by AICTE and NCVT, you can try for CET, PMT and AIEEE. If you qualify, you'll be given provisional admission by any institute in India after an undertaking that you'll qualify the next compartmental or supplementary exam held thereto. If you fail to qualify the admission will stand canceled without any fee being refunded.
