Due to your poor grades in maths and science, chances are less that you will be allowed to pursue CS. You can check with the universities directly and find out if you can be eligible for bridge courses or any pre-requisite courses in maths. Also please don't assume things like you won't get the visa. You must firstly apply to a college and receive the admission offer from the college in Canada after which you can apply for the student visa. Your visa decision will depend on your overall application package, SOP, LOR, motivation behind studying etc.

Every program and every college has different admission requirements. To gain admission in a good college, you must have good academic grades, 70% is recommended. You must also take IELTS or TOEFL. Other requirements will depend on the program and university.

There are no details available on Indian Institute of Robotics except Facebook and LinkedIn information. Unless college transparently shares it's information on internet and its credentials can be verified, you are advised to avoid it.
