Hello Rudra,
B.Sc IT is a programme wherein students are trained to perform well in computer applications and software. And B.Sc CS is a more academic course, and focuses mainly on mathematical and theoretical foundations of computing plus hardware focus.
Among the two, B.Sc IT is designed according to the needs of the IT industry while B.Sc CS enlightens more of theoretical aspects.

Joseph's College is good college for BCA but Christ University, Bangalore is the better option for you.
Accordingly, placement Infrastructure and teaching methods.

You can do MBA after both the courses because for MBA only graduation is required. If you are from commerce then do B.Com.

You please elaborate your views about information technology. What do you mean by the courses?
You must have physics, chemistry, maths and computer science in your board exams in your group. Only then you can pursue B.Tech information technology.
