BCA is too common now, go for web designing and specifically UI/UX designing. It has huge scope in the future.

No, you don't have the permission to peruse BCA without maths because in math is a compulsory subject for BCA. You can peruse BCA from IGNOU as maths is not compulsory there.

Yes you can pursue correspondence MCA after b.com but you must have math in 10+2 level or in graduation if you dont have math in your 10+2 level then you can do BCS -012 course simultaneously with pursing MCA.If you have any more query you may ask.

Dear,
If you had maths as a subject in class 12th then you can apply for MCA in top university and appear for admission process.
But why do you want to enter into IT field, if you can specify your career goals then I would suggest you a few other options.
