I appreciate your interest in Computers. If you are from a Science background (with Mathematics), you can opt for B.Tech/BE in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Information Technology. You can also opt for BCA or go for B.Sc. in IT or Computer Science. If you are from Commerce background with Mathematics, you can opt for BCA. If you didn't have Mathematics in 12th standard, then you are not eligible for any regular course in Computer Science.
