MCA admission in majority of good universities is based on entrance examinations. The eligibility for MCA admission is as follows: " Candidate should have cleared minimum three year duration Bachelor's Degree awarded by University recognized by University Grants Commission or Association of Indian Universities in any discipline with at least 50% marks in aggregate or equivalent (at least 45% in case of candidates of SC and ST categories and Persons with Disability) and should have studied mathematics as one of the subjects at (10+2) level or at graduate level exam.”

No, for MCA you need maths in your 10+2+3 level.

BCA need maths as a compulsory subject in 12th and BCA is not for arts students.

Yes, you can but it is better to do MBA for your good career with B.Com degree because it would be difficult for you to start career in IT with commerce background. Maximum MNCs want B.Sc IT/CS, B.Tech or equivalent.

IT sector in India is still largest new job creating Industry. Although IT is loosing it's prime position, it is still a good career option. MCA is a preferred qualification by Indian IT industry. Therefore, you can go ahead with BCA MCA.
