Yes, it is required and plenty of jobs are going to be available in the coming decade. But you should have original certification from the reputed institutes. Some organisations also expect some experience to provide positions.

No. C is a core programming language. Its a procedural programming language. It gives you a basic knowledge about the programming language. You can pursue C certification Course but OOP (Object Oriented Programming) language has more demand than Procedural Programming language.

For IT course, Math is must. If you have maths in 12th, you can pursue B.Sc IT, BCA, BCS, etc. and if you don't have Maths, you can pursue 'O' level certification.

You need a Master degree for B.Ed. I suggest you to pursue M.Sc IT 1st and then apply for B.Ed.
